Thank you, Paige! If only I could find a hot tub to read them in :) (it's sooo cold today!)

Ahhhh, me too! I’m currently reviewing a paper that compares the effects of hot tub, traditional sauna, and far-infrared sauna on different healthy outcomes…it’s warming me up but also making me want to soak!

I loved Atomic Habits, but even more, I love James Clear's 3-2-1 newsletter. I assume you're already a subscriber, but if not, consider this a gentle recommendation—I’m sure you’ll love it

These books all look awesome! How close is the Dickens one to the "The Man Who Invented Christmas" movie? Is that movie based on the book?

Also, I think I've eaten the same thing for lunch (yogurt/granola/strawberries) for over a decade, so I'm afraid I'm very unhelpful on the changing up eating patterns front XD

I have not seen that movie! DO I NEED TO? As for lunch, I rotate between fruit/yogurt/granola and grilled cheese about every two months, and it’s largely based on how warm it is outside. (18 degrees with snow squalls so it was grilled cheese again today :)

I’ve been reading ebooks for so many years now that it’s hard for me to read physical books. Once you get used to digital reading, I think you’ll love it, Amy.

Hi Linda! I liked the Kindle while riding a stationary bike the other day. I liked how I could adjust the font size!
