Thanks for the reminder to be grateful, and the book tips ( and gift tips from last week.). Also, I’m with you on the uterus. ;)

I've just read Sandwich too! Being menopausal and a in the sandwich generation, it was very relatable to me. Plus I love Cape Cod.

Your drawn stories are great! It shared a heavy subject which such charm and lightness. I love being here.

I must interview you. Something that makes me happy is seeing you and Gail and the girls walking the hills together…it’s a beautiful retirement!

I always look at all my emails and quickly delete the non necessary ones and then linger through sales, news, etc. your title hit me and I opened it without any of my usual morning routine clean up. Loved it.

Thanks for the reminder on why aging is wonderful Amy…needed that reality check! Love the visual narrative, I can’t draw worth anything. What a fun way to be expressive.

Have you watched the Jenny Han series? It’s good! I’ve only read the first book but think I’ll read the others before the final series comes out. We’re not the target audience but I think it’s easy to remember and go back to when we were young and had those big questions and choices in front of us.

Hi! I watched the series this past summer with my daughter bc we thought it would be a fun post-Gilmore girl show to have together. I may have liked it more than her! I really loved the book series, too, brought me right back to that time of life; all the uncertainty but also the thrills. Happy Thanksgiving weekend!

I'm currently listening to a book called Roctogenarians, about people who have done incredible things in their lives in their 60s, 70s, and 80s. People like Colonol Sanders, Rita Moreno, and Matisse. It's such a delightful book and makes me even more excited about the best decades that are ahead!

Well I definitely must read that!!! I don’t know why we put such limitations on ourselves as we age. Must fight against it :) Happy Thanksgiving weekend!

Thanks for the shout out, Amy! And I'm so glad my posts inspired you to do a visual narrative. And good for you for setting a time limit and no do-overs. That's definitely the way to get it done and this is great--so poignant and relatable!
