I was just thinking about Judy Blume’s WILL THE REAL SALLY J FREEDMAN PLEASE STAND UP (I may have the title wrong)—I think it was the only kidlit book of hers that was somewhat autobiographical. Set in 1940s or 50s Florida, where her family moved for a time when she was a child. It’s not as well known as her others, but I remember loving it. Also how crazy is it that you’re going to be a grandmother!
I was just telling a friend how I see weighted vests everywhere! Do I need one? I'm being influenced! Haha.
Haha I was def influenced. I wear it on walks and wave my arms around like the older ladies I used to make fun of as a child 😍
That image of you brings me SO MUCH JOY.
Nine days! Can’t wait for the news! And seems like yesterday you were drawing tiny fruit…
CRAZY! Very fun :)

Oh I loved that one! I have Deenie and Ramona on my nightstand (after I read Covenant of Water).
As for grandmother - no, I still can’t quite believe it!!! (my name is going to be Mimi :)
I love that dip! We call it cowboy salsa at our house. And man, the writing of West Wing just snap crackle pops.
I’ve also heard it called “cowboy caviar” which makes me laugh. Snap, crackle, pop haha and YES!
