I am enjoying the day alone with my cat, Toeby. Don't be sad for me. My youngest child couldn't be here this year, as he has to juggle the holidays now. Anyway, he bought me an entire dinner, supposedly for 10 - 12 people, because he knows how much I love all the leftovers. Only have to put the turkey in the oven for an hour or so. All other treats are microwaveable. I can't wait to dive in. Watching the Macy's parade and timing my day my way. Already got to see my twin grandsons last night, home from college. Missed them. One came from William and Mary and one from Dartmouth. So handsome and so smart. Made my holiday. I have all the memories of my childhood Thanksgivings when I was a child and when I created Thanksgiving dinners for my own family. The first Thsnksgiving was when I was five years old. I won our turkey at a turkey raffle. How proud was I ?!? Anyway, however you spend it, make it special in your own way and enjoy it.
Thank you, Julia :)
This is, of course, lovely. Thank you Amy for all the feels.
Beautiful reflection ❤️ Thanksgiving blessings❣️
Happy Thanksgiving, Jennifer Rayno! <3
